In dit recept wordt Mexicaans gekruid gehakt geserveerd in mini paprika\u2019s in plaats van tortilla chips. Door geraspte kaas, zure room, jalape\u00f1os toe te voegen proef je geen verschil met traditionele nacho\u2019s. De mini paprika\u2019s zijn namelijk net zoals tortilla chips lekker knapperig. Verwarm vervolgens een el olijfolie in een grote koekenpan boven een middelhoog vuur. Voeg het gehakt toe aan de pan en bak binnen 7-10 minuten gaar. Voeg vervolgens de kruidenmix toe aan het gehakt en bak dit al roerend kort mee.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Verwarm vervolgens de oven voor op 190 graden. Snijd dan op een grote snijplank de mini paprika\u2019s door twee\u00ebn of door vieren en de tomaten in kleine stukjes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Verdeel de paprika en tomaat stukjes over een bakplaat bekleed met bakpapier en voeg dan ook de gehakt uit de pan toe.
