Met dit koolhydraatarme bami goreng recept kun je tijdens volgen van het koolhydraatarm dieet blijven genieten van een heerlijk portie bami. In dit recept hebben wij de noodles of mie vervangen met courgette. Hierdoor bevat het gerecht ca. 70% minder koolhydraten dan traditionele bami goreng. Verder hebben wij meer groente toegevoegd om de bami nog gezonder te maken. Het resultaat is een heerlijke kruidige bami goreng met veel groente en een lekkere bite.<\/p>\n<p>Tips:<br \/>\nIn plaats van traditionele bami kruiden heb ik een Chinese vijfkruidenmix gebruikt van Verstegen. Dit is een kruidenmix bestaande uit peper, anijs, venkel, kruidnagel en kaneel. Deze kruidenmix wordt veel in Chinese gerechten gebruikt en versterkt de 5 smaakgroepen, zoet, zuur, zout en umami. Gebruik de kruidenmix spaarzaam, want de smaak overheerst snel. Het is ook mogelijk om in plaats van de vijfkruidenmix traditionele bami goreng kruiden te gebruiken! Voeg vervolgens de paprikapoeder, sambal, sojasaus, olijfolie en vijfkruidenmix toe aan de kom en meng.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Snijd vervolgens de champignons, prei en paprika in kleine stukjes en zet dit op zij.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Verwarm dan boven een middelhoog vuur 2 el olijfolie in een grote wokpan. Voeg de kipfiletblokjes toe en bak deze gaar. Voeg de champignons, prei, paprika en geraspte kool toe en bak dit enkele minuten al roerend mee.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Voeg tenslotte de courgettespaghetti toe en bak dit 2 minuten mee.
