Bij het maken van dit recept kun je ook een kant-en-klare taco kruiden gebruiken, echter wordt hier vaak veel suiker aan toegevoegd. Een zelfgemaakte kruidenmix is lekkerder en bevat veel minder koolhydraten! Pak vervolgens een grote koekenpan en verwarm hierin een el boter. Doe het gehakt in de pan en bak dit al roerend gaar. Voeg dan de kruiden en tomaten toe en meng alles goed door elkaar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Doe het gehaktmengsel vervolgens in een ovenschaal en verdeel dan de geraspte kaas en jalape\u00f1os over het gehaktmengsel. Plaats de ovenschaal in de voorverwarmde oven en bak 15-20 minuten.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Snijd ondertussen de lente-ui in kleine stukjes. Doe de zure room in een klein kommetje en roer de lente-ui er doorheen. Haal de ovenschaal na 15-20 minuten bakken uit de oven en verdeel het gehakt over vier borden.
